Taipei, Taiwan — Bryton today announced a new generation of Bryton Rider GPS bike computer: Rider 450. The new Rider is pre-loaded with bike trails from Trailforks®, OpenStreetMap, 35hours of battery life, full Global Navigation Satellite System support providing more reliable map coverages during mountain biking and Smart Notification for text, email and in-coming calls.

With OpenStreetMap(OSM) and preloaded Trailforks® trail information, Rider 450 provides a convenient and intuitive user experience for mountain bikers. You can find the trails, locate where you are and which direction you should go at a glance, making the rides smoother and more enjoyable.

Absolute Precision
Rider 450 is Bryton's first GPS cycling computer with GNSS full support incorporating GPS, Glonass (Russia), BDS (China), Galileo (Europe) and QZSS (Japan) satellite systems. It provides a much more reliable satellite coverage at any situation especially when workouts took places where there’re lots of buildings/trees or even during mountain biking along with faster start-up.

Electronic Gear-Shifting System Support
Rider 450 now supports electronic gear-shifting system including Shimano’s Di2, SRAM’s eTap and Campagnolo’s EPS. Instead of checking your crankset and cassette, you can get all gear information such as gear ratio, gear combo and even battery life of the ESS immediately on Rider 450.

Supports up to 80+ functions and TrainingPeaks Workout Support
Rider 450 provides rich data for you to fully grasp the performance of your ride. It incorporates up to 80+ functions including Time, Speed, Distance, Calorie, Cadence, Altitude, Power, HR and Gears. To make your training easier than ever, now Rider 450 supports workout plans from TrainingPeaks®. You can plan your workouts on TrainingPeaks® and export them to Rider 450 via Bryton App.

Dual Sensor Support with Smart Notification
Aiming for your best convenience, both ANT+ and BLE activity sensors work perfectly with Rider 450 after simple pairing, so whether you are purchasing a bike computer for the first time, or if you are looking to upgrade, Rider 450 provides maximum compatibility. Smart Notifications is also something new to our popular Rider computer line. Rider 450 notifies you whenever you receive phone calls, emails or text messages after pairing it with your smartphone via BLE, so you never have to worry about missing important ones during workouts.

Bryton App and Third Party Support
While you can connect your Rider 450 to a computer and upload your workouts through there, you can also enjoy the seamless over-the-air synchronization with Bryton App. Your tracks and workout data can be synced via WLAN from the device to Bryton App, where you can view progress, graphical analysis and share rides on social media. With simple setup, Bryton App’s STRAVA and TrainingPeaks Auto Upload also makes it easier for you to share your activities and compare with millions. We also make sure your data is compatible with popular 3rd party training sites such as STRAVA, TrainingPeaks and Selfloops.
