Bryton is pleased to announce the collaboration agreement with the Spanish UCI professional continental Team Caja Rural–Seguros RGA in 2018.
Team Caja Rural–Seguros RGA is Bryton's first Spain based pro cycling team and is well known for their participation in UCI Europe Tour races and UCI World Tour events. They are going to use the Rider 530 and will be one of the first teams to be using Bryton's first aerodynamic designed GPS bike computer, the Aero 60.
"This team (Team Caja Rural–Seguros RGA) has more than 30 years of history and is riding in "La Vuelta" every year but also in other important races from different countries and now we have a good opportunity to close a cooperation with one of the top GPS bike computer brands, Bryton." Said Javier Lopez, General Director of Merida Bikes SWE. Team Caja Rural–Seguros RGA was formed in 1984, and finally changed its name to Caja Rural–Seguros RGA in 2013.
Bryton's newly launched Aero 60 is aimed for road cycling. With the all-new aerodynamic design and tailored made Aero Mount, the entire system is built to effectively reduce air drag. Aero 60 also comes with pre-loaded OpenStreetMap for turn-by-turn guidance and offers full GNSS supporting accurate and stable signals. So you are always on top of your workouts.
“The Aero 60 is the next generation of GPS bike computers.” Said Samuel Wang, CEO of Bryton. “We've been working with professional cyclists for the past few years, and we understand it is also very important to improve the aerodynamics of bike computers besides providing accurate data because professional cycling races are usually decided by seconds."
The 2018 Vuelta a España (La Vuelta), one of the main world tour races, together with Tour de France and Giro d'Italia, is a three-week Grand Tour cycling stage race that is scheduled to take place in Spain between August 25th and September 16th of 2018. Team Caja Rural–Seguros RGA, as their tradition for the past many years, will be competing again along with the boost from Bryton's top GPS bike computers.
