The Androni Team has a consolidated presence in the world of professional cycling. The origins of the team started from 1996 with the name of Selle Italia-Gaseosas Glacial. A conducted experience always under the guidance of manager Gianni Savio: it is of a real record of longevity in the sports world in general, for the team that has been able to grow and renew itself. Over the years on the jerseys of the riders engaged on the most important International stages have passed prominent sponsors like Selle Italia, the government of Colombia and Venezuela, Diquigiovanni, to get to Androni Giocattoli and Sidermec which are the current first and second names of the team.
